Full-Service & Lease-Only Property Management Fees

Tired of the headaches that come with managing your rental property? We’ve got it handled. Choose one of our Property Management Plans to help you deal with tenants, coordinate maintenance, and minimize risks.

The property management prices below are a percentage of the monthly rent collected. Tenant placement fees not included. The tenant placement fee is 50% of one month’s rent for full management clients.

Lease-Only Information

We will advertise, show your property, and thoroughly screen applicants to fill your rental property with a quality tenant. The commission shown for tenant placement are one-time only based on a percentage of the first full month’s rent. You pay only AFTER a qualified tenant has been placed, not before. These Tenant Placement Services can either be stand-alone or used in conjunction with a monthly Full-Service Property Management service.

Rented in 30 Days Plan

We understand how important a quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 30 days or less, you receive 50% off the Tenant Placement Fee. With our marketing plan and world-class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in. You never pay anything until we’ve executed a lease with a tenant and obtained their first payment.


Tenant Replacement Plan

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away—leaving you with an empty property, no rent to pay the mortgage, and the expense of finding a new tenant. So if we place a tenant with you for a 12-month lease or longer and that tenant vacates your property in less than 180 days, then we will find you a new qualified tenant for FREE.


Rent Payment Protection

The stress and anxiety caused when a tenant doesn’t pay rent can be overwhelming. This program eliminates all of that. If the tenant does not pay rent, then not only will we begin the eviction process and start locating a new tenant, but we will also pay you the rent for that month. Included in the Owner Benefit Package through Steady for $35/mo.


Eviction Protection Plan

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Risk-Free Eviction Protection Plan, we will pay all the legal fees involved in an unlawful detainer suit. Included in the Owner Benefit Package through Steady for $35/mo.
